
| General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns. |
| ALL SALES ARE FINAL – With the following Exceptions: |
| 1) Shipping charges are NOT refundable. |
| 2) Consulting Fees are not refundable - Columbus Computer Acts as a Consulting Company, Any and All Consultation Fees Are Not Refundable. |
| 2) No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Columbus Computer RMA Number. |
| 3) RMA numbers issued by Columbus Computer are good for 7 days only and Columbus Computer must receive product within that time. RMA numbers cannot |
| be extended or re-issued. |
| 4) Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period. |
| 5) Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Columbus Computer highly recommends using a reputable shipping |
| carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as proper packing and fully insuring your return shipment. |

| IBM and HP/COMPAQ Products |
| 1) Any product that has been opened is not returnable to Columbus Computer. |
| 2) If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival), or if any product or part is defective, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service |
| or exchange. Due to manufacturer policies, Columbus Computer cannot accept these returns for service or exchange. |
| ALL Hewlett-Packard (HP) "Pavilion" Products (refurbished) |
| 1) Due to manufacturer policies, these products are not returnable to Columbus Computer. |
| EXCEPTION: Product that arrives DOA may be returned to Columbus Computer for exchange within 30 days of invoice date. |
| 2) If any non-DOA product or part is or becomes defective, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service or exchange. |
| Due to manufacturer policies, Columbus Computer cannot accept these returns for service or exchange. |
| All Other Hardware Manufacturers (including all other Hewlett Packard HP products) |
| 1) Product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to Columbus Computer within 30 days of order date |
| for exchange only - This Excludes E-Machines equipment - Please contact E-Machines Directly for any problems with your equipment. |
| 2) Product that has been opened may be returned to Columbus Computer within 30 days of order date, although such returns will be charged a 30% |
| restocking fee. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Any manuals, cables, etc. that are missing will result in rejection of the return |
| or an additional restocking fee. Products that have been modified (Upgraded or Downgraded) by end users are not returnable to Columbus Computer - |

| 3) Product that is DOA or defective may be returned to Columbus Computer for exchange within 30 days of order date - Product will be tested by |
| Columbus Computer and if product is found to be defective/DOA due to no act of negligent behavior on the part of the end user, product will be |
| exchanged only for the same product or similar product of equal value should the product no longer be available from our distributors. |
| All Software |
| 1) Opened software is Not Returnable. Contact the software MFG for support or exchange. |
| 2) Unopened software may be returned to Columbus Computer for store credit or exchange within 30 days of order date. |
| ALL USED EQUIPMENT: |
| 1.) Unless otherwise stated on the sales invoice, NO WARRANTIES WILL BE IMPLIED TO USED EQUIPMENT. All Used Equipment is sold “AS IS” and is |
| considered NON-RETURNABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All "Used Equipment" is fully tested by Columbus Computer before it is deemed ready for |
| sale. Columbus Computer holds no liability for any hardware or software problems on "Used Equipment" once it leaves our office. |
WARRANTIES - ALL
WARRANTIES SUPPLIED ON NEW EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED SOLELY BY THE MANUFACTURER OF THE ITEMS
PURCHASED. COLUMBUS
COMPUTER PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES ON PARTS OR LABOR UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON THE
FRONT OF YOUR SALES INVOICE.
SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON NEW PC'S BY THE MFG'S IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY
WARRANTIES. THE
MFG'S SUPPLY RECOVERY OPTIONS TO SET YOUR MACHINE BACK
TO FACTORY SETTINGS. END USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING BACKUPS OF
THEIR DATA AND KEEPING ALL ORIGINAL DISCS SUPPLIED BY THE MFG IN A SAFE/WORKING
ORDER. BECAUSE SOFTWARE IS SO
EASILY CHANGED OR DELETED FROM A COMPUTER, MFG'S SUPPLY NO END USER
WARRANTIES ON SOFTWARE - THIS INCLUDES YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM (WINDOWS OR
LINUX). Phone Support
for New Equipment sold by Columbus Computer will be provided up to the point
that the end user cannot complete the tasks required via phone support or to
the point that the length of the support call would exceed 30 minutes - At that
time a billable service call will be required.
